Tap Sensation is Tucson's award-winning, senior women's tap dancing troupe. These talented women, 50 years of age and over, bring dignity to the word "senior," and dedicate their time and energy to entertain and inspire others. With confidence, grace, beauty and precision, they're not over the hill yet -- they're just starting their climb to the top!

Incorporated under the name Tucson's Stars on Taps,Tap Sensation comprises more than forty fabulous women, ages 50 to 86, 
who love to tap dance and love to perform.

Tap Sensation performs statewide for conferences and conventions, military and class reunions, business and organizational events, birthday and holiday parties, charity and benefit events, schools, and active
adult communities, as well as festivals, fairs and parades.

Based in Tucson, Arizona, the company has danced nationally and internationally for conventions, fundraisers, the National Senior 
Olympics, cruises, commercials, and half-times at ball games. 
The troupe performs an average of two or three times a month and sometimes twice in one day.  Tap Sensation can dazzle your group
or event with a program of high-energy, glamorous tap dancing.

The Tap Sensation Studio is located in Tucson, Arizona, in a free-standing building behind the Sabbar Shrine Center.  In 2006,
Tap Sensation achieved one of its most significant goals: 
to have its own studio, which it can sublease and which is 
large enough to stage a small performance.
